Refund & Return Policy

1. Your Legal Rights

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.

2. The 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods. To cancel, email us with your order number. Goods must be unused, unopened, and in original resalable condition with all seals intact. You are responsible for return postage costs.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned (unless faulty):

• E-liquids with broken seal

• Coils, pods, and clearomisers

• Disposable vapes (opened packaging)

• Batteries

• Drip tips

• Any product with broken or missing seal

4. Faulty or Incorrect Items

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photo/video of the fault. We will arrange a replacement or full refund including delivery charges. Return postage is free for faulty items.

5. Return Process

Contact us for authorisation before returning any item. For faulty items, we provide a prepaid label. For cooling-off returns, you pay postage and should use a tracked service.

6. Refunds

Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving returned goods. Refunds go to your original payment method. Standard delivery charges are refunded for cancellations and faulty items. Premium delivery charges are non-refundable.

7. Age Verification

You must be 18 or over to purchase. If we cannot verify your age, your order will be cancelled and refunded minus any age verification fees incurred.
